Your phone stores a name, a number and maybe an email. It cannot answer “who do I know in hospitals”, “which college seniors work in software”, or “who did Ramesh refer me last year”. GullyContacts is built around exactly those questions, which is why it asks for context your phone never does.

No. It runs in your browser with nothing to install. Native applications for iPhone, Android, macOS, Windows and Linux are built from the same codebase.

Yes. Record school, college or university with the institution, course, branch, section and batch year, and whether the person was your classmate, senior, junior, teacher or professor. The alumni view then groups your network by institution — largest cohort first, since that is where the introductions are.

Yes, as a pipeline. Record who referred whom, what for, the potential value, the stage it has reached and when to follow up. Open value and converted value are reported separately, because counting money already won as money still expected makes the figure meaningless.

Yes, and by job title, city, state, tag, group, source, relationship type, institution, batch year and when you last spoke. You can also skip the filters and simply type what you need — “clinic website”, “GST filing” — and get the people who can help, ranked.

Yes. Log a call, WhatsApp message, email, meeting, video call or event conversation with the date, a summary, the outcome and the next step. An interaction with a follow-up date creates the follow-up for you.

Yes. Follow-ups sit on one screen split into overdue, due today and coming up. You can snooze one, or log the conversation and close it in the same action. There is no score and no streak — a guilt-inducing queue is a queue people abandon.

No. The plan includes unlimited contacts, tags and favourites.

Yes. Save the sheet as CSV and import it. You get a screen showing which column feeds which field, with a sample value from your own file next to each, so you can correct anything the automatic match got wrong before a single row is saved. Columns that will not be imported are named on that screen rather than dropped quietly.

Yes, on Android and iPhone: Organise → Import phone contacts. Your phone asks for permission first, and the access is read-only — we never change or delete anything in your phone's own address book. Anyone already in GullyContacts is recognised rather than added twice.

Yes. Export a vCard (.vcf) or CSV from any of them and import it here. We read the awkward parts properly: folded lines, escaped separators, multi-part names and the group prefixes Apple adds. Import the same file twice and duplicates are skipped rather than doubled.

Any time, in one click, as vCard or CSV. Both open in Apple Contacts, Google Contacts, Outlook, Excel and Numbers. There is no step where your data becomes hard to leave with.

Account → Download my data gives you the complete copy as a JSON file: every contact with its full history, plus your groups and events. CSV is the one you open in Excel; this is the one that leaves nothing behind.

Yes, and there is nothing to switch on. Sign in on another device and your contacts are there. Edits, additions and deletions follow within seconds on whichever device is open.

What we hold is sealed: contacts are encrypted on your device with a key held by your account, so what sits on our servers is a blob we cannot read.

On your device first, and synced through our servers so your contacts follow your account to every app. Synced data is stored encrypted in our database in India. We never sell it, share it, or use it for anything except showing you your own address book.

Nothing. We do not sell it, we do not advertise against it, and this site loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Your account exists so your contacts belong to you rather than to whichever browser you happened to open. See how we handle data.

No, and it never will. No headless browsers pretending to be you, no automated harvesting. Contacts come in through files you export yourself, permission-based imports, visiting cards you scan, and your own typing. That is a deliberate architectural limit, not a missing feature.

Yes, from Account → Delete my account, without emailing anyone. It erases the contacts we hold, your sign-in, your billing address and any subscription, and wipes this device's copy.

One thing is kept, and we would rather say so than surprise you: tax invoices already issued to you. Indian GST law requires the seller to retain them, and they carry your name and address by law. Nothing else survives.

Nothing is charged automatically. You get 7 days of full access without entering card details; after that you can subscribe for ₹999 a year to carry on. Your contacts remain on your device either way, and you can still export them.

Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — we never see your card details. If you change your mind, ask within 7 days of payment for a full refund. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
