Questions about billing
How does the free trial work?
Create an account and you get 7 days of full access without paying anything and without entering card details. When the trial ends you can subscribe for ₹999 per year to carry on. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of a trial.
What happens to my contacts if I do not subscribe?
They stay where they have always been — on your device. GullyContacts stores your contact records locally, not on our servers, so they are not held hostage by a subscription. You can export everything to vCard or CSV at any time, including after a trial ends.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card details.
Will it renew automatically?
The plan runs for one year from the date of purchase. We will remind you by email before it expires so you can decide whether to continue.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how that works.
